The Evergreen Cemetery Association has experienced an increasing number of cremation burials along with fewer traditional burials. To accommodate this growing trend, we now offer the option of above-ground cremation burials in a Columbarium.
Our first Columbarium was installed in Memorial Gardens Cemetery north of Brainerd in the fall of 2012 with landscaping work completed the following spring. It is a 48-niche unit from Coldspring Granite (24 niches on two sides) with polished Moonlight Gray granite trim and polished Carnelian granite niche panels.

Here are a few photos of the Columbarium at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. It is located on the east side of the Cemetery in an area set aside for the installation of additional columbaria in the future.
