Evergreen Cemetery Association - Reclaiming Unused Plots

Notice is hereby given that the governing board of Evergreen Cemetery Association of Brainerd, Minnesota, on the 3rd day of May, 2010, passed a Resolution demanding that the following described owners of the following described cemetery plots must express an interest in the conveyed subject cemetery plots pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 306.242.

It is hereby Resolved that the following described individuals, owners of the following described cemetery plots have owned said plots for over sixty (60) years and must express an interest in retaining the cemetery plot and submit satisfactory evidence on an interest to use the plot for future burial purposes.

The following owners of the following cemetery plots must express the above described interest in their cemetery plot by submitting their intention to use their cemetery plot for future burial to Evergreen Cemetery at 1105 NE 3rd Avenue, Brainerd, MN, 56401, within sixty days of service [Deadline is August 1]:

5. Owner: Mrs. C.A. Laing Drake (Martin Drake) – NWC, 5 ft. fr. SWC, SEC, & 5 ft. fr. SEC of Lot 66, Block 6.
6. Owner: Anna Wilson – NWC, SWC, & NEC of S 1/2 of Lot 83, Block 12.
